Noxious Phosphorescence

Noxious Phosphorescence was the group project introducing type and understanding the structures of individual letters and how each letter must be unified and relate to one another, similar to Structured Gradient. One of the constraints for this assignment was to use an experimental medium. The medium chosen were glow sticks that were cut open so the liquid spilled out onto a garbage bag in a dark room, which was then photographed immediately before the liquid dispersed on the plastic material of the bag. Once all the letters were photographed, each letter was printed separately to show the alphabet as a whole and as if like blocks to rearrange the letters.
